Default Udrzba pedalu

kazda vec, co obsahuje mechanicke soucasti, se opotrebi a zhorsuje se jeji funkcnost. nejinak je tomu i u pedalu, kde je poloha zpravidla snimana potenciometry, jez jsou hlavni pricinou problemu.
tato soucastka je znama tim, ze se pri intenzivnim pouzivani spini a odira se odporova draha uvnitr a dochazi tak k opotrebeni, ktere se projevuje trhavym prubehem chodu pedalu ve hre (ovladacich), vystrelovanim a ruznymi odchylkami proti normalnimu chodu.
udrzba je jednoducha:
pokud se jedna o volant z dilny logitechu, tak je pravdepodobne, ze obsahuje male plastove potenciometry s kulickou na jedne strane. ty se vyznacuji zejmena tim, ze nejdou v cechach sehnat...... takze pokud je odporova draha potenciometru uplne vydrena, neni sance na spraveni. tento pripad je ale spise vyjimecny. vetsinou je jen potenciometr uvnitr spinavy a je treba ho vycistit. tyto male plastove se daji "rozlousknout" nozem, ale nesmi se pri tom porusit ony plastove nyty, ci tycky, diky kterym to cele drzi pohromade... chce to trochu opatrnosti. po otevreni na nas vykoukne par ocelovych dilu a odporova draha prichycena na pouzdre, vsechno dopurucuju umyt lihem (ne redidlem) a bavlnenym hadrikem a nasledne promazat wd40 (nebo kontaktolem nebo R-10) (mozno prostriknout i elektricke kontakty, wd40 ma anktikorozivni ucinky), nebo jinym podobnym mazivem. nedoporucuju olej a uz vubec ne vazelinu. pak uz jen zpatky secvaknout a je to.
jedna-li se o jiny, nerozebiratelny, typ potenciometru jako jsou treba v dfp, zadne louskani se nekona, a cely potenciometr proste vykoupeme v lihu... nekolikrat v lihove lazni zakroutime hridelkou, aby se vymyly i ty nejzaslejsi necistoty. po vyschnuti zbytku lihu aplikujeme dovnitr potenciometru nase oblibene wd40 (nebo kontaktol nebo R-10), ocistime a vratime zpet do pedalu.
problem solved.

dalsi casty problem byva zejmena u momo neuplny chod (plynoveho) pedalu, tj vychylka se nepohybuje 0%-100%, ale napr 10%-90% pricemz fyzicky chod pedalu je stale 0%-100%. tento problem jde resit vylepsenim ulozeni, nebo softwarove, pomoci dxtweaku.

piste pripominky a napady, tento post muzu dale editovat, aby bylo vse potrebne na jednom miste

tv?j ?lánek je víc než dobrý.
Bohužel se mi ale povedlo zni?it jeden potenciometr.Ulomil se mi jeden ?umprlik a když jsem to cht?l zajistit sekundovým lepidlem tak mi nateklo i do pouzdra h?ídelky a slepilo h?ídelku s pouzdrem .
Opravdu ten potenciometr nejde sehnat?Je to tenhle:

Olejum se ve elektrice vyhybejte. Jsou to izolanty, lepi se na to prach atd.

jj, na chvili to pomuze, ale po case je to spis horsi. Veci by se mely pouzivat na to, na co jsou urceny, tj. na potenciometry spis kontaktol, nebo jinou vec urcenou pro elekricke kontakty.

Tim narazim na vsechna maziva. WD40 nevyjimaje. Spise bych se kouknul po necem na kontakty a to WD40 neni.
//WD40 cisti pekne ale lepe maze ceske MD vyvinute pro mazani. :-)
