Tak clovek co me ma vyrobit ten mezikus my uz poslal fotku jak to vypada, tak se musim pochlubit
BTW je to z oceli takze by to melo vazit asi 1,7 kg coz je dost, ale mam to spis na overeni funkcnosti. Pokud by to bylo z hliniku tak by to melo tak 0,6-0,7 kg coz uz by nebylo tak spatny ...

Tak tady je video je to jen ze zkousky v ovladacich panelech a je to nataceny mobilem ...
Jinak volant me stal kolem 800 kc ten adapter 1078 kc a par sroubu Kdyby se seslo vic lidi mozna by ta vyroba byla levnejsi a urcite by to chtelo udelat z hliniku.

Kdyz to prictu k puvodni cene dfp tak mi vychazi skoro G25.
Docela se bojim o ty 4 srouby. Jsou jen v plastu a casem povolujou.

Jenze na ty srouby nepusobi skoro zadna sila pri toceni, protoze ten kilovej adapter je zasazenej dovnitr osy.

Zapominas na jednu vec. Opiras se o volant a ten pak pusobi jako paka. Tady je vetsi venec a navic to zavazi. Ty srouby ted budou namahany o dost vic.

Ten adapter se zasouva dovnitr osy volantu, do prostoru mezi tema sroubama. Tzn to drzi cela ta osa (kterou by asi taky nebyl problem zlomit, ale odpor klade jen ff motorek...). Drzelo by to i bez sroubu do plastu, akorat by to slo vyndavat, jako volanty ve formuli.

Ty srouby tam jsou hlavne proto aby drzeli volant na jednom miste a aby se neviklal. Vzdy u toho tvaru musis mit vuli protoze by jsi to tam nestrcil. cca 0,1 0,2mm. Nejakou dobu vydrzej. Otazkou je jak dlouho.

No nepredpokladam, ze to ma vuli, to by tam byl ten vnitrni kus jaksi naprd. Naopak spis tipuju presah a "nalisovani".

No bohuzel pri vyrobe opravdu vznikal vule ... , ale to vyresil jeden z nejlepsich vynalezu lidstva a to izolepa
Ty srouby sou maximalne namahany stejne jakou u originalniho ... je sice mozne ze se to vymacka, ale ani to neni zadny neresitelny problem ! K ty cene ano uz se to blizi k cene G25 a cena jeste poroste musim si vyrobit padla pod volant nicmene pokud uz mam dfp a mel bych si kupovat kvuli tomu jeste G25 tak uz to vychazi jinak, a to nemluvim o tom ze si chci vyrobit jeste jine pedaly takze z toho G25 by moc veci k pouziti nezbylo, u me to je taky o tom neco vymejslet

Uprava FF volantu
Tak pomalu, ale jiste delam jinou mechanickou cast DFP, konecne sem rozchodil ( za vydatne pomoci Ollieho ) rizeni motoru pomoci DFP, vecer sem snad hodim video. Zatim jen foto jak vypada testovaci drzak motoru a snimace. Az pak zapojim i snimac sem zvedavy jestli s tim pujde jezdit
