error solving
some people have some problems when starting the program, it doesn't start at all, I made a little checklist, which you can follow.
- Is .net 2.0 installed?
- Is directX 9.0C or higher installed?
- Do you have xp SP2 installed?
if that doesn't work, this will probably solve it:
Install autopatcher XP (I used the october 2006 release, full package), from this site:
http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=504218
install all critical updates, but skip update kb917422, and reboot.
try to start the program now, and it probably works at least it did for me (clean xp sp2 installation, app didn't work, autopatcher XP... it works)
